为进一步明确书院文化对现代高等教育的价值,该文采取了文献研究法,探索古代书院文化其与现代高校教育契合程度,高等院校可以通过秉承德育为先,培养德才兼备的高素质人才、构建和谐的师生关系、营造创新型学术氛围、培养高校学生整体素养、发挥环境育人功能等方式来开展书院文化借鉴,为高等院校学生综合素质发展、核心素养发展奠定坚实而稳固的基础。

In recent years,with the increasing development of the field of education in China,it has brought great opportunities and prospects for the development of colleges and universities.With its high degree of fit with modern college education,ancient academy culture has gradually become an important help for the reform of colleges and universities,so it has also been widely concerned and valued by the educational circles.The number of students and the scale of running a school in ancient academies were far less than those in today's schools,but they trained a large number of elite talents for the society.This is due to the effective promotion of academy culture to educational activities,and the value of academy culture can be seen.Based on this,this paper deeply analyzes the Enlightenment of academy culture on modern higher education,for the reference of the majority of education colleagues.
