摘要
建盏是中国茶文化的代表性器物,是中国古代黑瓷技艺的结晶。建盏烧制技艺已得到恢复并发扬光大,然而由于建盏文化传承保护与产业发展仍存在矛盾,建盏文化传承保护仍需坚持并结合实际向前推进。
Jianzhan is a representative artifact of Chinese tea culture and the crystallization of Chinese ancient black porcelain technology.Jianzhan firing technology has been restored and carried forward.However,due to the contradiction between Jianzhan cultural heritage protection and industrial development,Jianzhan cultural heritage protection still needs to be adhered to and promoted in combination with reality.
