The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation depends to a large extent on whether the leading cadres of the majority of Party members can strengthen their cultural confidence and lead the construction of a modern socialist powerful country with the responsibility of the cultural powerful country builders.Cadre education and training schools(institutes),as the main channels of education and training for leading cadres of Party members,play a very important role in enhancing the cultural confidence of cadres.Therefore,we must deeply explore and study the ways to improve the cultural confidence of leading cadres of Party members through education and training of cadres in the new era.
