新时代背景下,工匠精神出现了新的内涵。高职院校要以德育教育为主导,尊重学生的个性化全面性发展,优化顶层设计,注重校企合作机制创新,大力建设师德师风,整合学校与社会资源,在高职教育教学全过程中,贯彻落实“工匠精神”培育理念。该文探讨分析了新时代高职院校“工匠精神”培育路径,以期对相关人员起到参考性价值。

Based on the background of the new era,the spirit of craftsman has a new connotation.Higher vocational colleges should take moral education as the leading role,respects students'personalized and comprehensive development,optimizes the top-level design,pays attention to the innovation of school enterprise cooperation mechanism,vigorously builds teachers'morality and style,integrates school and social resources,and implements the cultivation concept of"craftsman spirit"in the whole process of higher vocational education.This paper discusses and analyzes the cultivation path of"craftsman spirit"in Higher Vocational Colleges in the new era,in order to play a reference value for relevant personnel.
