新时代乡镇群众文化工作的对策探究

在现阶段社会及文化事业不断发展的趋势下,需要进一步提高乡镇地区的群众文化工作。并且在以此为目的的基础下,相关工作人员需要以各种方式来提高乡镇群众的文化水平。在相关工作实际开展的过程中,有关的部门及工作人员需要结合当地的文化发展形势与乡镇特色文化开展做好群众文化的工作,并结合党的领导要求确保乡镇地区的群众文化工作的开展在科学的范畴内。通过大量相关工作的开展,我国大部分乡镇地区的群众文化工作有着更加科学的发展方向,进一步提高了乡镇地区的群众文化。同时,为了进一步巩固建设成果,该文针对乡镇地区群众文化科学开展的方式展开进一步研究,并提出相关的策略。

At this stage,with the continuous development of social and cultural undertakings,it is necessary to further improve the mass cultural work in township areas.And on the basis of this purpose,relevant staff need to improve the cultural level of township people in various ways.In the actual process of relevant work,relevant departments and staff need to carry out the work of mass culture in combination with the local cultural development situation and township characteristic culture,and ensure that the mass culture work in township areas is carried out within the scope of Science in combination with the requirements of the party's leadership.Through the development of a large number of related work,the mass culture work in most township areas in China has a more scientific development direction,which further improves the mass culture in township areas.At the same time,in order to further consolidate the construction achievements,this paper further studies the way of mass cultural science in township areas,and puts forward relevant strategies.
