文化养老视域下线下融合线上的老年教育研究

Research on the Teaching Strategy of Elderly Education Combining Offline and Online

随着我国人口老龄化进程的不断加快,老年教育需求日益增长,尤其是终身教育体系的不断完善,老年人学习需求趋向个性化、多样化。传统的教育教学模式难以满足新时代老年人学习需求,而且2020年新冠肺炎疫情的发生对线下老年人教学工作也造成了巨大影响,因此以“互联网+教育”内涵为指导,构建线上融合线下相结合的老年教学体系、发挥线上资源优势成为满足老年人学习需求的重要举措。

With the accelerating process of population aging in China,the education needs of the elderly are growing day by day,especially the continuous improvement of the lifelong education system.The learning needs of the elderly tend to be personalized and diversified.Traditional education teaching mode is difficult to meet the demand of new age-old people to learn,and COVID 2020-19 outbreak occurred to offline the old teaching work has a huge impact,so the connotation of the"Internet+education"as the guidance,build online fusion line combination of old teaching system,giving full play to the advantages of online resources become the important measures to meet the demand of learning in the elderly.
