双作用往复抽油泵的设计与试验研究

摘要 针对单作用抽油泵石油钻采效率低等问题,设计了一种双作用往复抽油泵,抽油泵采用直线电机驱动,在一个周期吸油、排油2次,确保了石油周期性连续供给。介绍了抽油泵的结构与工作原理,借助AMESim仿真平台对其进行了仿真模拟,分析了其进、出油阀阀芯启闭特性,上、下泵腔容积及流量特性等,并探究了不同出液阀阀芯质量与弹簧刚度对降低阀口反向溢流的影响。最后,通过试验验证了抽油泵的流量特性与供给精度,试验结果表明,抽油泵具有良好的线性度与稳定性,在10~60 min范围内,抽油泵流量可在138~884 L范围内线性调节,且流量精度在±5%范围内,满足石油钻采系统的工作需求。 Aimed at the problem of oil drilling and production of single acting oil well pump,a double-acting reciprocating oil well pump was designed.The oil well pump is driven by linear motor,which absorbs and discharges oil twice in a cycle,ensuring the periodic and continuous supply of oil.This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the oil well pump,simulates it with the AMESim simulation platform,analyzes the opening and closing characteristics of the inlet and outlet valve spool,the volume and flow characteristics of the upper and lower pump chambers,and explores the influence of different outlet valve spool mass and spring stiffness on reducing the reverse overflow of the valve port.Finally,the flow characteristics and supply accuracy of the oil well pump were verified through experiments.The test results show that the oil well pump has good linearity and stability.In the range of 10-60 min,the flow of the oil well pump can be adjusted linearly in the range of 138-884 L,and the flow accuracy is within the range of±5%,meeting the working requirements of the oil drilling and production system.
