摘要
目的探讨联合教学法在临床实习中的应用效果。方法选取45名实习生,设立联合教学组23人采用联合教学,常规教学组22人采用常规教学。对比两组理论和病例分析分值及学习积极性。结果联合教学组的理论分值与常规教学组无差别(P>0.05)。联合教学组病例分析、学习积极性优于常规教学组(P<0.05)。结论联合教学法在临床实习中应用效果明显,可提高实习生临床实践水平,对临床教学研究具有重要的意义。
Objective To explore the application effect of joint teaching method in clinical practice.Method Select 45 interns,set up a joint teaching group for 23 people to use joint teaching,and a regular teaching group for 22 people to use conventional teaching.Compare the two groups of theoretical and case analysis scores and learning enthusiasm.Results The theoretical score of the joint teaching group was as same as that of the conventional teaching group(P>0.05).Case analysis and learning enthusiasm in this group were better than those in the conventional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined teaching method has obvious application effects in clinical practice,can improve the clinical practice level of interns,and is of great significance to clinical teaching research.
