应用型高校服装专业卓越人才培养的创新路径研究

Research on Innovation Path and Optimization of the Training of Outstanding Talents in Apparel Major in Application-Oriented Universities

适逢我国高等教育学科升级,设计学成为一级学科,面临纺织服装行业及高校的转型境况,针对应用型高校服装专业卓越人才整体培养和教学改革需要,需要积极有效地做好人才培养的路径优化工作,尤其在针对应用型高校的教育过程中,必须要结合社会与行业发展需求和学生的知识学习情况,不断增强学生的知识学习能力和整体的创新创业能力。该文结合作者实践教学经验,主要针对服装与服饰设计专业应用型卓越人才培养的创新路径及优化措施展开研究与分析。

With the upgrading of China's higher education discipline,design has become a first-class discipline.Facing the transformation of textile and clothing industry and universities,we need to actively and effectively optimize the path of talent training for the overall training and teaching reform of clothing talents in application-oriented universities,especially in the process of education for application-oriented universities,It is necessary to combine the social and industrial development needs and students'knowledge learning situation,and constantly enhance students'knowledge learning ability and overall innovation and entrepreneurship ability.Combined with the author's practical teaching experience,this paper mainly studies and analyzes the innovative path and optimization measures of the cultivation of application-oriented talents in clothing and fashion design major.
