影响2型糖尿病并发冠心病的常见生化指标分析

Analysis of Common Biochemical Indexes Affecting Type 2 Diabetes Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的 探讨影响2型糖尿病并发冠心病的常见生化指标。方法 选择2020年11月—2021年12月吉林省一汽总医院收治的2型糖尿病者110例,所有入组者均实施冠状动脉造影,根据冠状动脉造影结果分为单纯2型糖尿病者55例,以及合并冠心病者55例,分析影响2型糖尿病合并冠心病发病的单因素和多因素。结果 血清总胆红素水平、糖化血红蛋白水平、三酰甘油水平和总胆固醇水平均为影响2型糖尿病合并冠心病发病的相关及独立危险因素(P<0.05)。2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血清总胆红素、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油及总胆固醇水平与空腹血糖水平高于单纯2型糖尿病,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 血清总胆红素、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油和总胆固醇水平变化为影响2型糖尿病合并冠心病发病的独立危险因素。

Objective To investigate the common biochemical indexes affecting type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 110 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from November 2020 to December 2021 admitted to FAW General Hospital of Jilin Province were selected,and all enrolled patients underwent coronary angiography.According to the results of coronary angiography,there were 55 patients with simple type 2 diabetes mellitus and 55 patients with coronary heart disease.The univariate and multivariate of the incidence of type 2diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were analyzed.Results Serum total bilirubin,glycosylated hemoglobin,triglyceride and total cholesterol were all related and independent risk factors for type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease(P<0.05).The serum levels of total bilirubin,glycosylated hemoglobin,triglyceride and total cholesterol in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were higher than those with simple type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The changes of serum total bilirubin,glycosylated hemoglobin,triacylglycerol and total cholesterol are independent risk factors for type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.
