连黄饮用于初发2型糖尿病的疗效评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Lianhuang Decoction for Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的 采用的中药处方连黄饮方剂治疗2型糖尿病(diabetes mellitus type 2,T2DM)患者,观察对患者血糖的控制作用、临床疗效及不良反应。方法 选取常州市武进中医医院内分泌科2021年1—12月首次发病的T2DM患者60例,按照随机数表法分为中药治疗组和西药对照组,每组30例,西药对照组患者口服盐酸二甲双胍缓释片,中药治疗组应用连黄饮进行治疗,治疗2个月后评估空腹血糖(FPG)、2 h餐后血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及临床疗效、不良反应。结果 中药治疗组治疗后FPG、2hPG、HbA1c分别为(6.12±1.39)mmol/L、(9.24±1.80)mmol/L、(5.72±1.03)%,均低于西药对照组,临床显效率96.67%高于西药对照组,不良反应发生率3.33%低于西药治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用黄饮方剂治疗T2DM患者能够有效控制患者血糖水平,提高临床疗效,降低不良反应。

Objective The traditional Chinese medicine prescription Lianhuang decoction was used to treat patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),and to observe the control effect,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of patients with blood glucose.Methods Sixty T2DM patients with first onset from January December,2021 in the Department of Endocrinology,Wujin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Changzhou City were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and a western medicine control group,with 30 cases in each group.The western medicine control group was given oral metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,and the Chinese medicine treatment group was given Lianhuang decoction.After 2 months of treatment,fasting Plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial Plasma glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results The FPG,2hPG and HbA1c in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were(6.12±1.39) mmol/L,(9.24±1.80) mmol/L and(5.72±1.03) %,respectively,which were lower than those in the western medicine control group,the clinical efficiency was 96.67%higher than that of the western medicine control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33% lower than that of the western medicine treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Lianhuang decoction formula in the treatment of T2DM patients can effectively control the blood glucose level,improve the clinical efficacy,and reduce adverse reactions.
