Application of Micropump in Patients with Acute Complications of Diabetes

摘要 目的 探讨微量泵在糖尿病急性并发症患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年4月—2022年4月在吉林市化工医院治疗的糖尿病急性并发症患者82例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组行常规胰岛素注射治疗,观察组采用微量泵治疗。比较两组患者的血糖达标时间、住院时间、胰岛素用量、患者住院期间血糖检测数值和低血糖发生次数等。结果 观察组血糖达标时间为(6.33±1.92)h,短于对照组的(8.77±1.83)h,住院时间为(8.33±2.33)d,短于对照组的(10.97±2.14)d;空腹血糖为(5.34±0.52)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖为(8.67±1.08)mmol/L,低于对照组的(6.04±0.57)、(9.45±0.94)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胰岛素用量为(8.85±7.37)U/d,低于对照组的(48.55±6.17)U/d,观察组低血糖发生次数为(1.82±0.79)次,低于对照组的(5.52±1.99)次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 微量泵能有效提高糖尿病急性并发症患者的治疗效果。 Objective To explore the application effect of micropump in patients with acute complications of diabetes.Methods A total of 82 patients with acute complications of diabetes treated in Jilin Chemical Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional insulin injection,while the observation group was treated with micropump.The time to reach blood glucose standard,length of hospital stay,insulin dosage,blood glucose test value during hospitalization and the frequency of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results The time to reach the blood glucose standard in the observation group was(6.33±1.92) h,which was shorter than that in the control group(8.77±1.83) h;the length of hospital stay was(8.33±2.33) d,which was shorter than that of the control group(10.97±2.14) d;the fasting blood glucose was(5.34±0.52) mmol/L,and postprandial 2 h blood glucose was(8.67±1.08) mmol/L,which were lower than those in the control group(6.04±0.57) mmol/L and(9.45±0.94) mmol/L/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The insulin dosage of the observation group was(8.85±7.37) U/d,which was lower than that of the control group(48.55±6.17) U/d.The frequency of hypoglycemia in the observation group was(1.82±0.79) times lower than that in the control group(5.52±1.99) times,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Micropumps effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients with acute complications of diabetes.
