胰岛素泵治疗脂源性急性胰腺炎合并糖尿病的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Insulin Pump in the Treatment of Adipose-derived Acute Pancreatitis Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus

目的 探讨胰岛素泵治疗急性脂源性胰腺炎合并糖尿病的临床效果。方法 选取2020年4月—2021年4月齐齐哈尔建华医院消化内科收治的急性脂源性胰腺炎合并糖尿病患者84例,以数字表法随机分为两组,各42例。两组患者入院后均采取脂源性急性胰腺炎基础治疗,在此基础上分别给予糖尿病不同的治疗措施,对照组采取常规治疗(二甲双胍),观察组给予胰岛素泵治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗有效率为97.61%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组三酰甘油(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均低于对照组,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组FPG、2 hPG和HbA1c低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胰岛素泵治疗脂源性急性胰腺炎合并糖尿病可获得良好的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of insulin pump in the treatment of acute lipogenic pancreatitis complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 84 patients with acute lipogenic pancreatitis complicated with diabetes mellitus from Department of Gastroenterology in the Qiqihar Jianhua Hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by numerical table method,with 42 cases in each.After admission,the two groups of patients were given basic treatment for lipogenic acute pancreatitis,and on this basis,they were given different treatment measures for diabetes.The control group was given routine treatment(metformin),and the observation group was given insulin pump therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were observed.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.61%,which was higher than that of the control group 83.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of triglyceride(TG),serum total cholesterol(TC),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin pump in the treatment of lipogenic acute pancreatitis complicated with diabetes can achieve good therapeutic effect.
