心理护理在恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病护理中的价值

The Value of Psychological Nursing in the Nursing of Malignant Tumor Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus

目的 分析恶性肿瘤伴糖尿病患者开展心理护理的作用。方法 选择2020年1月—2022年1月厦门大学附属第一医院肿瘤内科收治的恶性肿瘤伴糖尿病患者70例,选择随机摸红蓝球方式,其中常规组(35例)摸蓝球,观察组(35例)摸红球。常规组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理联合心理护理。比较两组患者血糖水平、焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分及健康调查简表(SF-36)得分。结果 两组护理后糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖及空腹血糖水平均低于护理前,观察组患者糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖及空腹血糖水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理后SAS得分及SDS得分均低于护理前,观察组患者SAS得分及SDS得分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理后生活质量得分均高于护理前,观察组患者生活质量得分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 恶性肿瘤伴糖尿病患者开展心理护理,能够缓解不良情绪,控制血糖水平,提高生活质量,发挥重要作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on patients with malignant tumor and diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 70 patients with malignant tumors and diabetes who were admitted to the Department of Medical Oncology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and randomly touched the red and blue balls.Among them,the routine group(35 cases) touched the blue ball,and the observation group( 35 cases) touched the red ball.The routine group received routine nursing,and the observation group received routine nursing combined with psychological nursing.The levels of blood glucose indexes,Selfrating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Short Form of Health Survey(SF-36) were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of glycated hemoglobin,2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the levels of glycated hemoglobin,2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing for malignant tumor patients with diabetes can relieve negative emotions,control blood glucose level,and improve the quality of life,which plays an important role.
