探析行为转变理论在恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者化疗期间护理中的应用效果

Exploring the Application Effect of Behavioral Change Theory in the Nursing of Patients with Malignant Tumor and Diabetes Mellitus during Chemotherapy

目的 分析行为转变理论在恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者化疗期间护理中的应用效果。方法 从中国人民解放军联勤保障部队910医院肿瘤科2020年4月—2021年4月期间收治的恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者中随机选择80例作为本次研究对象,并按照入院时间分成对照组(采用常规护理)及研究组(采用行为转变理论),各40例。比较两组并发症发生情况生活质量及空腹血糖水平。结果 研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组血糖值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组血糖值均低于干预前,且研究组血糖值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 行为转变理论用于恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者化疗中的效果显著,可减少并发症,显著改善生活质量和血糖水平。

Objective To explore the application effect of behavioral change theory in the nursing of patients with malignant tumor complicated with diabetes mellitus(DM) during chemotherapy.Methods A total of 80 patients with malignant tumors and diabetes who were admitted to the Department of Oncology of the 910th Hospital of the Joint Service Support Force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army from April 2020 to April 2021 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study.And according to the time of admission,they were divided into control group(using routine nursing) and study group(using behavioral change theory),40 cases in each.The incidence of complications,quality of life and fasting blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);after the intervention,the blood glucose levels in the study group were lower than those before the intervention,and the blood glucose levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The behavioral change theory has a significant effect on chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors and diabetes mellitus,can reduce the incidence of complications,and significantly improved the quality of life and the blood glucose level.
