摘要
聚(α,β,β-三氟苯乙烯)树脂是一种新兴的主链氟化的无定形聚合物,广泛应用于液晶显示、超细纤维过滤材料、耐干刻蚀电阻、光导纤维和照相涂层材料。合成了不同分子质量的聚三氟苯乙烯树脂,并通过溶液流延制备成气体分离膜,研究了该分离膜在二氧化碳/甲烷、氢气/甲烷体系中的气体分离效果。研究结果表明,相比传统的全氟气体分离膜,聚三氟苯乙烯型气体分离膜具有原料成本低和制备工艺简单的优点,并具有优异的气体选择性、力学强度和耐热性。
Poly(α,β,β-trifluorostyrene) resin is an emerging main chain fluorinated amorphous polymer,which is widely used in liquid crystal display,ultra-fine fiber filter material,dry etching resistance,optical fiber and photographic coating materials.In this paper,poly trifluorostyrene resins with different molecular weights were synthesized and prepared into gas separation membranes by solution casting,and the gas separation effect of the separation membrane in carbon dioxide/methane and hydrogen/methane systems was studied.The research results show that,compared with the traditional perflorinated gas separation membrane,the polytrifluorostyrene gas separation membrane has the advantages of low raw material cost,simple preparation process,and excellent gas selectivity,mechanical strength and heat resistance.
