摘要
采用分子氧液相氧化六氟丙烯(HFP)工艺制备六氟环氧丙烷(HFPO),研究了六氟环氧丙烷的氧化机理,探讨六氟丙烯与氧气物质的量比、反应温度、精馏萃取剂等因素对六氟环氧丙烷含量的影响。
Hexafluoropropylene oxide(HFPO) was prepared by molecular oxygen liquid phase oxidation of hexafluoropropylene(HFP).The oxidation mechanism of HFPO was studied,and the effects of the molar ratio of hexafluoropropylene to oxygen,reaction temperature,distillation extractant and other factors on the yield of HFPO were discussed.
