摘要
催化油浆是催化裂化装置的副产物,具有密度大、芳烃含量高、固含量高等特点,后续加工困难。CFB(循环流化床)锅炉掺烧是油浆利用的可选方式,有助于降本增效。同时掺烧油浆存在影响物料循环,引起稳燃器结焦,粘附布袋除尘器等问题。最后提出下一步对CFB锅炉的改造措施,确保掺烧更加高效平稳。
FCC slurry is a by-product of catalytic cracking unit, which has the characteristics of high density, high aromatics content, high solid content, etc. CFB(circulating fluidized bed) boiler mixed combustion is an alternative way of slurry utilization, which helps to reduce cost and increase efficiency. At the same time, there are some problems such as affecting the material circulation, causing coking in the combustion stabilizer, adhering to the bag filter and so on.Finally, the next step of CFB boiler transformation measures are proposed to ensure more efficient and stable combustion.
