摘要
某1000 MW机组汽动给水泵组在调试期间出现了不同程度的振动问题,主要表现在给水泵汽轮机单转期间振动不稳定、汽动给水泵组在盘车工况下振动偏大及汽动给水泵组在试运期间振动突变等三个方面。通过对DCS监测系统数据分析,指出动静摩擦、靠背轮连接缺陷及传感器连接线松动是导致机组异常振动的主要原因。通过延长暖机时间、拆除靠背轮定位螺栓及紧固传感器连接线后,彻底解决了该汽动给水泵组异常振动问题。
The abnormal vibration analysis and fault diagnosis for a 1000MW unit turbine feed pump set during commissioning process is presented. Based on the vibration measured data from the DCS monitoring system, we found that friction, coupling connection defect and sensor connection line looseness were the major causes of the unit abnormal vibration. By prolonging warm-up time, removing coupling locating bolt and fastening sensor connecting wire at field,the unit vibration faults were solved successfully.
