某1000 MW汽轮发电机轴瓦振动故障诊断及处理

摘要 某公司百万机组自投产以来,#4机组发电机轴瓦振动一直偏大,且励磁机转子返厂检修后振动问题更加突出。经过现场测试分析认为发电机轴瓦振动大的原因是发电机轴承及支撑系统存在共振。现场采取在发电转子两侧护环加反对称重量优化轴系平衡状态的方式,解决了该振动问题。 Since the unit of a company is put into operation, the vibration of generator bearing of #4 unit has been too large, and the vibration problem is more prominent after exciter rotor repaired. Through field test and analysis, it is found that the reason for the high vibration of generator is the resonance of generator bearing and support system. The vibration problem was solved by adding weight on the two sides of the rotor to optimize the balance state of the shaft system.
