摘要
试验选取贵州野生半夏、安国小叶半夏和安国大叶半夏3个品种的半夏新鲜块茎,通过测定和比较百粒重、直径、含水量、总灰分、多糖和浸出物含量,观察种皮颜色、淀粉粒和草酸钙针晶束。结果表明,贵州野生半夏的平均单粒重及直径最大,种皮颜色最深,浸出物含量最高;安国小叶半夏的淀粉粒最小,总灰分含量最低,多糖含量最高。3种半夏的含水量区别不明显,总灰分含量均在标准范围之内。只有贵州野生半夏的浸出物含量达到中国药典标准,其余两种均未达标。由于安国小叶半夏块茎的淀粉粒直径最小,易于被消化酶消化,其多糖含量也明显高于另外两种,推测其在治疗肿瘤疾病方面应有更好的疗效。
The study selects the fresh tuber of 3 varities of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit.,such as Guizhou wild Pinellia,Anguo lobules Pinellia and Anguo big leaf Pinellia;measures and compares the hundred-grain weight,diameter,water content,total ash,polysaccharide and extractum content;and observes testa color,starch grain and calcium oxalate needle crystal.The results show that the average grain weight and diameter of Guizhou wild Pinellia is the largest,testa color is the deepest,the extracted content is the highest;starch grain of Anguo lobules Pinellia is the smallest,total ash content is the lowest,and polysaccharide content is the highest.There is no statistically significant difference in 3 kinds of Pinellia,total ash content is in the scope of the standard.Only the extractum of Guizhou wild Pinellia has reached the standard of Chinese pharmacopoeia criterion,and the other two haven’t reached the standard.Due to the smallest starch grain diameter of Anguo lobules Pinellia,it is easy to be digested by digestive enzyme,and its polysaccharide content is significantly higher than the other two.It is predicted that it will have better curative effect on the treatment of cancer treatment.
