摘要
为加强油液智能在线监控系统的应用,实现工矿企业智能化和自动化改造,分析了油液智能在线监控系统结构及其控制逻辑,采用智能网关优化通信性能,构建在线系统控制网络结构,实现智能控制节点设计、功能设计,对其所实现的控制过程进行分析,以实现内置优化控制算法,提升系统的整体运行效果。
In order to promote the application of online oil intelligent monitoring system,and realize the intelligent and automatic reform of industrial and mining enterprises,the study analyzes the structure and control logic of online oil intelligent monitoring system,uses intelligent gateway to optimize communication performance,construct online system to control network structure,realize the node and function design of intelligent control,analyzes the control process which is realized,to realize internal optimization control algorithm,and improve the overall operation effect of the system.
