急性冠脉综合征患者居家安全风险评价指标的meta分析

Meta Analysis of Home Safety Risk Assessment Indicators in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

为了更有效地提高急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者的居家防护措施,降低不良事件发生率,首次通过Meta分析归纳总结了急性冠脉综合征患者居家安全风险的影响因素,构建风险评价指标体系。检索中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、Sciencedirect、EMbase、PubMed数据库,从建库至2021年12月间有关急性冠脉综合征患者居家安全影响因素的所有文献及纳入文献的所有参考文献中筛选出的影响因素,结合“知信行理论”,构建关于ACS患者居家安全风险评价指标的条目池。共纳入8篇文献,建立ACS居家安全风险评价指标条目池。一级指标有居家安全知识方面、态度方面、行为方面。通过对影响因素的归纳总结,构建了一套能够客观评价、适合ACS患者居家安全风险评价的指标体系,将有助于提高ACS患者居家防护措施,降低不良事件发生率。

In order to improve home protection measures for patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)and reduce the incidence of adverse events,the influencing factors of home safety risk for patients with ACS were summarized through Meta analysis for the first time,so as to establish a risk evaluation index system.CNKI,Chinese Biomedical literature database,Sciencedirect,EMbase and PubMed databases,from the establishment of the database to December,2021,all literature related to the factors affecting the home safety of patients with acute coronary syndrome and all references included in the literature.Combined with the“knowledge,attitude and practice theory”,the item pool of home safety risk assessment index for ACS patients was constructed.A total of 8 pieces of literature were included to establish the item pool of ACS home safety risk assessment indexes.The first-level indexes included home safety knowledge,attitude and practice.By summarizing the influencing factors,a set of objective evaluation index system suitable for home safety risk assessment of ACS patients is established,which will help to improve home protection measures for ACS patients and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
