为有效拓宽企业融资渠道,指出了黑龙江省知识产权质押融资发展中存在的问题,提出了发展对策:完善促进知识产权质押融资协同机制,建立健全知识产权质押融资财政支持政策,推动建立知识产权价值评估体系,积极培育知识产权交易平台,以盘活知识产权资源,提升知识产权运用能力。

In order to effectively widen the enterprise financing channel,the study points out the problems in the development of intellectual property pledge financing in Heilongjiang Province,and proposes the development countermeasures,i.e.to perfect the intellectual property pledge financing cooperation mechanism,establish and perfect financial support policy,promote intellectual property value evaluation system,actively train intellectual property trading platform,vitalize intellectual property resources,and improve intellectual property application ability.
