University Information Network Security and Protection Strategy Under the Background of Big Data

为做好高校信息网络安全治理,实现信息化建设,指出了高校信息网络安全困境,包括顶层设计不完善、安全管理体系不健全、使用群体安全意识薄弱、缺少核心技术与专业人才、数据应用失范等。结合信息安全防护生命周期特点,提出了针对性的防护策略:加快顶层框架设计,完善网络安全管理体系,加快技术创新,培养专业人才,加快技术伦理教育,规范信息数据的使用。未来,高校信息化建设应兼顾高校信息网络安全建设,走多维度、全方位、高质量发展道路。

In order do well in university information network security governance,and realize information construction,the study points out the difficulties in university information network security,including imperfect top-level design,imperfect security management system,weak safety consciousness of utilization group,lack of core technical and professional talents,and substandard data application,etc.Through combining with the characteristics of lifecycle of information security protection,the study proposes the targeted prevention strategies,i.e.to accelerate top-level framework design,perfect network security management system,promote technological innovation,train professional talents,promote technological ethical education,and standardize the utilization of information data.In the future,in the construction of college information,it is necessary to balance college information network security construction,and develop multi-dimensional,omnibearing and high qualified path.
