高校应届毕业生就业城市选择及其影响因素研究

Study on the Employment City Choice of College Graduates and its Influencing Factors

以高校应届毕业生为研究对象,通过调查问卷线上收集数据,运用二元Logistic模型,对问卷数据进行回归,探究了高校应届毕业生就业城市选择的影响因素。研究发现,经济因素中,城市经济发展状况和科学技术水平是高校应届毕业生选择一线城市就业的重要因素;非经济因素中,个人因素、家庭因素、城市因素和职业因素都显著影响高校应届毕业生对就业城市的选择。基于此,从经济因素和非经济因素两个层面提出相应措施,以改善高校应届毕业生对就业城市选择的意愿。

Through taking the college graduates as the research objects,the study collects data through online questionnaire,uses binary logistic model,and explores the influencing factors of employment city choice of college students.The study finds that city economic development situation and scientific technological level are the important factors of college graduates choosing first-level cities in economic factor;individual,family,city and vocational factors are the significant factors of college graduates choosing employment cities in non-economic factors.Based on this,countermeasures are proposed from economic and non-economic factors to improve the willingness of the employment city choice of college graduates.
