Study on the Employment of Applied College Students in Private Colleges

为找准应用型人才培养定位,充分发挥应用型大学生在就业市场中的优势,以民办高校应用型大学生就业现状为切入点,总结了当前就业形势和存在的主要问题,在此基础上设计了就业调查问卷,分析了大学生的就业意愿、就业去向和就业渠道等基本信息及影响大学生就业的环境因素、个人因素、学校因素和家庭因素。探讨了区域经济发展与大学生就业意向的关系,提出了服务于区域经济发展的民办高校应用型大学生人才培养路径,以提高大学生就业质量,助力区域经济的创新驱动发展。

In order to accurately locate applied talent cultivation,and fully play the advantages of applied college students in employment market,the study starts from the entry point of employment situation of applied college students in private colleges;summarizes the situation and main problems of employment situation;designs employment investigation questionnaire;and analyzes the basic information of college students,such as employment willingness,employment direction and channels,and the influencing factors of the employment of college students,such as environmental,individual,school and family factors.Then the study explores the relationship between regional economic development and employment willingness of college students,and proposes the talent cultivation pathway of applied college students of private colleges,which can serve regional economic development,to improve college students’employment quality,and promote the innovation driving development of regional economy.
