胶质、沥青质以及压裂液破胶液对页岩油乳状液稳定性的影响研究

摘要 在页岩油开采过程中,由于压裂液破胶液的注入以及页岩油中天然表面活性物质的耦合作用,致使页岩油极易形成稳定的原油乳状液,给油田生产带来破乳难、能耗高等问题。为此,本文以大港油田页岩油为研究对象,探讨页岩油中胶质、沥青质含量及压裂液破胶液对页岩油乳状液稳定的影响。结果表明,压裂液破胶液、胶质、沥青质会大幅降低了油水界面张力,增加油水界面压缩模量,提高原油乳状液的稳定性,从微观层面揭示了压裂液破胶液、胶质、沥青质稳定乳液的机理。 In the process of shale oil extraction,due to the injection of fracturing fluid and the coupling of natural surfactants in shale oil,shale oil can easily form a stable crude oil emulsion,which brings difficult demulsification and high energy consumption to oilfield production.To this end,this paper takes shale oil in Dagang oilfield as the research object to discuss the effects of colloidal and asphaltene content in shale oil and fracturing fluid on the stability of shale oil emulsion.The results show that the fracturing fluid,colloid,and asphaltenes will significantly reduce the tension of the oil and water interface,increase the compression modulus of the oil-water interface,improve the stability of the crude oil emulsion.The mechanism of fracturing fluid,colloid,and asphaltene stable emulsions is revealed at the microscopic level.
