摘要
为研发新型丙烯酸酯罩面漆乳液,通过RAFT聚合将反应型硅油、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)等单体用于制备高分子乳化剂,进而制备丙烯酸酯罩面漆乳液。通过IR对高分子乳化剂进行结构分析,并对其进行分子量及分布和临界胶束浓度分析。探究链转移试剂(BDATT)、HEA在高分子乳化剂中的占比和硅油种类等对乳液性能的影响。结果表明:RAFT聚合所制备的含Si高分子乳化剂具有良好的乳化性能,且分子量分布较窄。HEA的最佳用量为高分子乳化剂单体量的37.9 wt%,BDATT的最佳含量为高分子乳化剂单体量的3.117 wt%,分子量5000的硅油为最佳的硅油单体。通过对乳液的形貌分析表明乳胶粒子的粒径较小分散均匀。通过对乳胶膜的形貌分析和易清洁性能表征表明乳胶膜的易清洁性能较好,接触角较大,表面较为光滑。
In order to develop a new type of acrylic topcoat emulsion,monomers such as reactive silicone oil and hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)were used to synthesize macromolecule emulsifiers(PRSE)through RAFT polymerization,and topcoat emulsion was prepared after.The structure,the molecular weight and critical micelle concentration of PRSE were analyzed.The effects of the dosage of strand transfer reagent(BDATT),the dosage of HEA in PRSE and the type of silicon monomer on the performance of topcoat emulsion were studied.The results show that the PRSE with silicone oil prepared by RAFT polymerization has good emulsifying properties and narrow molecular weight distribution.The HEA dosage of PRSE is 37.9 wt%, the BDATT dosage is 3.117 wt%of the monomer of PRSE,and the reactive silicone oil(5000)is the best Si-containing monomer.The glass transition temperature and morphology of the emulsion show that the polymer particles are uniformly dispersed and small.The morphology analysis and performance characterization of the latex film show that the latex film has better anti-graffiti performance,larger contact angle and smoother surface.
