邻苯二甲酸二(4-甲基-2-戊基)酯-苯环-D_(4)的合成研究

Synthesis of bis(4-methyl-2-pentyl)phthalate-benzene ring-D_(4)

研究了一种合成稳定同位素标记的邻苯二甲酸二(4-甲基-2-戊基)酯-苯环-D_(4)的方法,即以邻苯二甲酸-苯环-D_(4)和4-甲基-2-戊醇为起始原料,利用Steglich酯化反应合成得到邻苯二甲酸二(4-甲基-2-戊基)酯-苯环-D_(4),收率85%。产品结构、纯度和氘同位素丰度经红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振波谱(NMR)、气相色谱(GC)和质谱(MS)等仪器表征确定,邻苯二甲酸二(4-甲基-2-戊基)酯-苯环-D_(4)的色谱纯度和氘同位素丰度均高于98.0%。该化合物可以作为稳定同位素内标试剂,用于邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的含量检测。

A new synthetic method of the stable isotope labeled Bis(4-methyl-2-pentyl)phthalate-benzene ring-D_(4),which was synthesized from phthalic acid-benzene ring-D_(4) and 4-methyl-2-pentanol by steglich esterification in 85%yield,was investigated.The structure of the product was identified by IR,NMR and MS.The chemical purity and isotopic enrichment of the product,which were identified by GC and MS,were higher than 98.0%.The result showed that the bis(4-methyl-2-pentyl)phthalate-benzene ring-D_(4) could be used as internal standard in the determination of phthalate ester plasticizer.
