摘要
SSC控制器是一款用于炸药震源的激发控制系统,在智慧模式下可通过预设的时间槽定义炮点的起爆先后顺序及起爆时间,同VPM激发系统联合可实现井炮+可控震源混合采集作业,特别适用于纯节点仪器的采集激发控制。另外,SSC控制器还具有防重炮功能,减少了人为干预,也避免了与相邻作业队之间的干扰问题。本文通过反复操作试验,结合遇见的问题,从软硬件方面对SSC控制器两种工作模式进行对比。
SSC controller is an excitation control system for explosive source. In the intelligent mode, the initiation sequence and initiation time of shot points can be defined through the preset time slot. Combined with VPM excitation system, it can realize the joined acquisition operation of well Gun and vibrator, especially suitable for the acquisition and excitation control of pure node instruments. In addition, SSC controller also has the function of anti heavy artillery, which reduces human intervention and avoids the interference with adjacent operation teams. Through repeated operation tests and combined with the problems encountered, this paper compares the two working modes of SSC controller from the aspects of software and hardware for peer reference.
