二通插装阀在EV-56型可控震源上的应用及其常见故障分析

摘要 二通插装阀是一种常见的液压元件,这种阀在液压系统中主要起控制通断的作用。EV56型可控震源的振动、驱动以及合流液压系统中使用了二通插装阀,因此二通插装阀的故障会直接影响震源液压系统的正常运转。本文首先阐述了二通插装阀的结构原理和技术特点,并详细描述了二通插装阀在震源液压系统中的作用以及这种液压元件的常见故障,并进一步分析了各类故障对震源液压系统的影响。针对各种故障现象,本文最终提出故障排查方法及解决方案。 The two-way cartridge valve is a normal hydraulic component, and this valve controls the on-off in the hydraulic system. The two-way cartridge valve is used in vibration, driving and confluence hydraulic system of EV-56 vibrator, and its failure will affect the normal working of hydraulic system of vibrator directly. In this article, we depict the structure principle and technological feature, and application in vibrator system of two-way cartridge and the normal failure of this hydraulic component are depicted particularly. In the next, we analyse the affection of failure to the vibrator hydraulic system, and finally we get the inspection method and solution of the failure.
