G3i采集站开关电源维修

G3i RAM (Remote Acquisition Module) switching power supply maintenance

摘要 石油勘探野外采集设备G3i仪器的采集站供电部分采用开关电路,这样可满足功耗低、电压稳定的野外生产的特殊性要求。其主要利用了UCC2581电压调节式脉冲宽度调节器、BSS169L6耗尽型场效应管、IRF5802TR开关管、反馈电路的TLV431和光耦合管TCMT1107等部件的工作原理和特性以及开关电源的保护电路工作原理。本文主要描述了结合G3i电路原理,详细分析G3i采集站的开关电源在野外工作中的损坏特点及其维修经验。 The RAM(Remote Acquisition Module)is one of most important oil exploration field equipment, it is one part of G3 i instrument system,it adopts a switching power supply circuit as its power supplying, which can meet the special requirements of field production with low power consumption and stable voltage. It mainly uses of the principle and characteristics of components such as the UCC2581 voltage regulated pulse width regulator, the BSS169 L6 depletion type FET, the IRF5802 TR switch tube, the feedback circuit TLV431 and the optical coupler tube TCMT1107. The protection circuit of the switching power supply is also introduced in this article. This paper mainly describes the damage characteristics and maintenance experience of the switching power supply of the G3 i RAM(Remote Acquisition Module).
