摘要
一、引言:香港地区是國際金融,貿易和海運中心,同時也是亞太區域的國際法律及爭議解決中心,法治既是香港地区社會的基石,也是全社會共同守護的核心價值,一直為社會各界所推崇。在《憲法》和《基本法》構成的香港地区憲制基礎之上,‘一國兩制’,‘港人治港’,高度自治的方針得到全面準確貫徹,香港地区的法治水平一直處於國際社會前列,這也充分證明了香港地区的法治要基穩固。
1.Introduction Hong Kong is an international financial,trade and transport center,as well as the center for international legal and dispute resolution services in the Asia-Pacific Region.The rule of law is the cornerstone of Hong Kong society and a core value Hong Kong people defend like a faith,and all walks of life in the city always take pride in it.While the Constitution Law and the Basic Law jointly form the constitutional basis for Hong Kong,the principle of“one country,two systems”,under which the people of Hong Kong govern Hong Kong and the region enjoys a high degree of autonomy,has been firmly,comprehensively and accurately implemented.
