山区普通干线公路事故多发点风险致因分析 被引量:2

摘要 为分析“人-车-路-环境”等多要素相互作用对山区普通干线公路运营风险的影响,基于贵州黔南州普通干线公路近3年事故多发点的交通事故与道路线形数据,采用改进的多维加权关联规则算法,深入挖掘事故多发点多要素风险因子的影响机理。结果表明:山区普通干线公路交通事故的主要形态为碰撞,主要原因为占道行驶和超速行驶;易引起事故的风险因素组合有雨天与超速行驶、急弯路段与违规占道行驶等。故建议加强急弯陡坡等线形不良路段的车辆违规变道、违规占道与超速行为管理,并加强雨天道路湿滑环境下的减速慢行警示与控制。 In order to analyze the impact of the interaction of multi factors such as person,vehicle,road and environment on the operation risk of ordinary trunk highways in mountainous areas,the improved multi-dimensional weighted association rule algorithm is used to deeply tap the influence mechanism of multi factor risk factors at accident prone points,based on 3-year-traffic accidents and road alignment data of accident prone point of Southern Guizhou ordinary trunk highway nearly three years..The results show that the main form of traffic accidents on ordinary trunk highways in mountainous areas is collision,and the main causes of accidents are road occupation and speeding.Furthermore,the combination of risk factors which is easy to cause accidents is the combination of rainy days and speeding,and the combination of sharp turns and illegal road occupation,and etc.Therefore,it is recommended to strengthen the management of illegal driving behaviors such as lane change,illegal occupation and speeding in sharp turn road sections and heavy gradient road sections.At the same time,it is suggested to strengthen the warning and control of deceleration and slow driving in wet and slippery environment on rainy days.
