协同理论视域下高职院校专业建设路径研究 被引量:2

Research on the Professional Construction Path of Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Synergetics Theory

摘要 专业是高职院校服务经济社会转型升级的有机载体,是考量院校办学特色的关键指标。协同理论对高职院校破解专业建设同质化、与区域产业契合度不高、校企共建专业机制不健全和专业内涵不深等难题具有一定的借鉴价值。以司法高职院校专业建设为例,提出推动专业设置与行业需求协同、打造层次多样的“双师型”师资队伍、协同校内外优质教育资源、协同开展专业诊改工作等建设路径。 Major is an organic carrier for higher vocational colleges to serve economic and social transformation and upgrading,and a key indicator to consider the characteristics of colleges and universities.The synergetics theory has a certain reference value for higher vocational colleges to solve the problems of homogenization of professional construction,low degree of integration with regional industries,imperfect mechanism of school-enterprise co-construction of majors,and lack of professional connotation.Taking the professional construction of judicial higher vocational colleges as an example,this article proposed the construction paths including promoting the coordination of professional settings and industry needs,creating a“dual-qualified”teaching team with diverse levels,cooperating with high-quality educational resources inside and outside the college,and cooperating with professional diagnosis and reform work.
