常压电脱盐脱后含盐超标影响及解决对策

摘要 宁夏石化公司炼油一部常压装置自2021年4月以来,常压电脱盐脱后原油含盐持续出现超标问题,脱后含盐超标导致常压塔顶系统腐蚀速率增大,塔顶油气系统换热器堵塞,顶循系统塔盘结盐堵塞,严重影响常压装置的安全平稳运行。为有效解决此问题,部门采取了更换混合效率更高的电脱盐一、二、三级静态混合器和二级混合阀、调整优化电脱盐罐D-101、D-102、D-113混合压差、机械清洗电脱盐罐的有效措施,解决了脱后含盐超标的问题,脱后含盐合格率达到100%。 Ningxia petrochemical company refinery since April 2021,the atmospheric pressure unit a normal pressure electric desalting crude salt continue to overweight problems after take off,take off the excess salt cause atmospheric tower system after corrosion rate increases,the top of the tower and blockage of the heat exchanger for oil and gas system,follow system of tower the intertwining of salt jams,seriously affecting the safe and smooth operation of atmospheric pressure unit.In order to solve this problem effectively,the department took effective measures such as replacing the first,second and third static mixers and second mixing valves of electric desalting with higher mixing efficiency,adjusting and optimizing the mixed pressure difference of electric desalting tank D-101,D-102,D-113,and cleaning the electric desalting tank by machinery,which solved the problem of exceeding the salt content after desalting,and the qualified rate of salt content after desalting reached 100%.
