TPU/GO和TPU/RGO复合材料力学及电学性能研究

摘要 以热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)、氧化石墨烯(GO)、还原GO(RGO)为熔融沉积成型(FDM)3D打印线材,分别制备TPU/GO和TPU/RGO复合材料,研究了GO用量对TPU复合材料力学性能及电学性能的影响。结果表明:随着GO用量增加,TPU/GO复合材料的杨氏模量提高,但其应力最大值、断裂伸长率、表面电阻率和体积电阻率均下降。将抗坏血酸RGO及高温脱氧RGO分别加入到TPU基体中,当GO用量相同时,制备的柔性复合材料表面电阻率和体积电阻率均低于TPU/GO复合材料。 Using thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU),graphene oxide(GO)and reduced GO(RGO)as fused deposition modeling(FDM)3D printing filaments,TPU/GO and TPU/RGO composites were prepared respectively.The effects of GO dosage on the mechanical properties and electrical properties of TPU composites were studied.The results show that with the increase of GO dosage,Young′s modulus of TPU/GO composites increases,but the maximum stress,elongation at break,surface resistivity and volume resistivity of TPU/GO composites all decrease.Ascorbic acid RGO and high temperature deoxygenation RGO were added to TPU matrix respectively.When GO dosage is the same,the surface resistivity and volume resistivity of the prepared flexible composites are lower than those of TPU/GO composites.
