摘要
通过凝胶渗透色谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、旋转流变仪等对4种国产茂金属聚乙烯(PE)薄膜料的结构与性能进行了研究。结果表明:4种产品的熔体流动速率、密度相近,均属于线型低密度PE产品;采用窄分布茂金属催化剂的3种产品的相对分子质量分布较窄,熔融温度和结晶度较高,加工性能相近;相比Unipol气相法产品,BP工艺产品有更高的长支链含量,因此具有较高的落镖冲击破损质量和较低的雾度;与其他3种产品相比,采用宽分布茂金属催化剂的产品有着最宽的相对分子质量分布和最高的长支链含量,因此具有最好的加工性能和最低的雾度。
The structure and properties of four kinds of domestic metallocene polyethylene(PE)films were studied by gel permeation chromatography,differential scanning calorimetry and rotational rheometer.The results show that the melt flow rate and density of the four products are similar,and they belong to linear low density PE products.The three products produced by narrow distribution metallocene catalyst have narrower relative molecular mass distribution,higher melting temperature and crystallinity,and similar processing properties.Compared with Unipol gas phase process products,BP process products have higher long branch chain content,so they have higher quality of falling dart impact damage and lower haze.Compared with the other three products,the products with wide distribution metallocene catalyst have the widest relative molecular mass distribution and the highest long branch chain content,so they have the best processing properties and the lowest haze.
