摘要 将低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SEBS)熔融共混,通过辐照交联工艺制备LDPE/SEBS发泡复合材料。研究了SEBS用量对LDPE/SEBS发泡复合材料的熔体流动速率、热性能、发泡行为和力学性能的影响。结果表明:SEBS的加入使LDPE/SEBS发泡体系的熔融温度和结晶温度均降低,熔体流动速率先升高后下降。随着SEBS用量增加,LDPE/SEBS发泡体系的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、邵氏硬度和压缩强度均呈下降趋势,断裂伸长率、回弹率均先升高后下降。当SEBS用量为10.0质量份时,LDPE/SEBS发泡体系具有优异的泡孔结构,回弹率和断裂伸长率分别为34%和526.1%。 Low density polyethylene(LDPE)and styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene copolymer(SEBS)were melt blended,and LDPE/SEBS foaming composites were prepared by the irradiation cross-linking process.The effects of SEBS dosage on the melt flow rate,thermal properties,foaming behavior and mechanical properties of LDPE/SEBS foaming composites were investigated.The results show that the addition of SEBS reduces the melting temperature and crystallization temperature of LDPE/SEBS foaming system,and the melt flow rate first increases and then decreases.With the increase of SEBS dosage,the tensile strength,tear strength,Shore hardness and compressive strength of LDPE/SEBS foaming system all show a decreasing trend,while the elongation at break and resilience rate all show first increase and then decrease.When the dosage of SEBS is 10.0 phr,LDPE/SEBS foaming system has excellent cell structure,and the resilience rate and elongation at break are 34%and 526.1%,respectively.
