摘要
利用国内先进的Unipol气相法聚乙烯(PE)中试装置,采用不同的α-烯烃共聚单体,开发了极低密度聚乙烯(VLDPE)生产技术,VLDPE产品密度为0.895~0.912 g/cm 3。对不同共聚单体的VLDPE产品进行性能分析及结构表征,研究了VLDPE产品分子链结构与其性能的关系。根据VLDPE产品结构特点,在食品软包装薄膜及汽车增韧材料等方面进行了加工应用研究,拓宽了产品的应用领域。结果表明:与丁烯-1制备的VLDPE产品相比,己烯-1制备的VLDPE产品共聚单体含量较低,结晶度、片晶厚度、韧性均较好;VLDPE产品具有直角撕裂强度高、冲击韧性好等特性,适合应用于食品软包装薄膜、汽车增韧材料等领域。
The production technology of very low density polyethylene(VLDPE)was developed by using domestic advanced Unipol gas phase polyethylene(PE)pilot plant with differentα-olefin comonomers,and the density of VLDPE products was from 0.895 g/cm 3 to 0.912 g/cm 3.The performance analysis and structure characterization of VLDPE products with different comonomers were carried out,and the relationship between product molecular chain structure and properties was studied.According to VLDPE product structure characteristics,the processing and application of VLDPE products in the food flexible packaging films and automobile toughening materials were studied,which broadened the application field of VLDPE products.The results show that compared with VLDPE products prepared by butene-1,the content of comonomer of VLDPE products prepared by hexene-1 is lower,and the crystallinity,lamellar thickness and toughness are better.VLDPE products have high right angle tear strength and good impact toughness,which are suitable for application in the fields of food flexible packaging films and automobile toughening materials.
