新文科背景下旅游本科专业课程体系建设研究 被引量:5

摘要 课程是人才培养的核心要素,课程体系既是专业知识的传承载体,也是专业发展水平的显性标志,在新文科背景下旅游管理专业课程体系建设面临新的挑战.立足于新文科“建立话语体系、促进学科交叉、推进科技应用、促进内涵式发展”的建设背景,以高校旅游管理专业建设实践与探索试验为依据,提出旅游管理本科专业课程体系的建设思路:一是以产业运行规律认知为基础重构旅游消费者、旅游目的地、旅游接待业“三大知识模块”;二是以知识模块为依据构建旅游管理专业4门大类核心课、3门专业核心课、多组方向选修课“4+3+N”课程体系;三是以课程多类型开发、课程资源深度开发、教学案例持续开发为内容的课程资源“三个开发”;四是以实行教师角色、讲授方式、展现手段、成绩评定、实践实训为特征的教学机制“五个转换”.以此系统设计为旅游管理专业建设提供新的建设方案,为高校产业依托型应用专业建设提供参考与借鉴. Curriculum is the core element of talent cultivation.The curriculum system is not only the vital carrier of specialized knowledge,but also the dominant symbol of specialty development level.In the context of new humanities and social sciences,the construction of curriculum system for Tourism Management is facing new challenges of“constructing discourse system,enhancing interdisciplinarity,promoting the application of science and technology,and boosting connotative development.”Based on the above challenges as well as the practice and exploration of major construction for Tourism Management in colleges and universities,this paper proposes four suggestions on constructing curriculum system for undergraduates of Tourism Management:first,reconstructing the“three major knowledge modules”of tourists,tourism destinations and hospitality industry based on the operation laws of the industry;second,building a module-based“4+3+N”curriculum system that includes 4core courses of Tourism Management,3core courses of specific majors,and N optional courses in multiple directions;third,building a curriculum resources library by developing multi-types of courses,supporting teaching resources and teaching cases;fourth,implementing“Five Transformations”in teacher role,teaching methods,presentation means,performance evaluation and practical training.The paper aims to propose a new construction plan for the Tourism Management,and provide reference for the construction of industrybased application-oriented majors in colleges and universities.
