Exploration and Practice in the Construction of the Major of International Economic Development and Cooperation

伴随着“全球化”面临挑战的日益加剧,传统西方治理与发展体系从理论到实践均与新时期国际格局日渐脱离,新形态全球共同发展与合作问题迫在眉睫,现有全球治理体系的深度调整与系统变革已是大势所趋.这种百年未有之变局,使得新型国际化复合人才需求快速增长,对新时代中国国际发展合作人才的培养也提出更高要求.山东财经大学抓住历史机遇,近年来针对新时代国际复合型人才培养,从培养体系的顶层设计,到基于创新实验班的培养平台搭建,在国际发展合作人才培养方面做了全方位的探索与尝试.在人才培养理念、专业建设路径、融合培养模式、国际化通道等多方面进行了创新实践,其引领申报的国际经济发展合作专业成功获批,也标志着我国新时代国际发展合作基础人才的培养工作正式起航.

With the ever-increasing challenges against globalization,the traditional western system of governance and development is gradually unrealistic theoretically and practically in view of today’s international landscape.The new form of global development and cooperation is in urgent need,and it is an irresistible trend to carry out deep adjustment and systematic reform in the existing global governance system.As a responsible power,China has always been actively participating in global cooperation,and firmly believes that it has the obligation and ability to propose a practical Chinese solution for global governance.The world today is marked by changes unseen in a century,leading to a rapid growth of the demand for new globally competitive interdisciplinary talents,and making higher demands on the cultivation of Chinese talents for international development cooperation in the new era.Seizing the historical opportunity,Shandong University of Finance and Economics has made a full range of path exploration and attempts in the cultivation of the required talents in recent years,from top-level design of the training system to the building of cultivation platform based on innovation experimental classes.The University has also practiced innovations in talent cultivation concept,major construction path,integrated training mode,and channels for international exchange.The successful approval of the major of International Economic Development and Cooperation also marks the official start of the cultivation program of basic talents in China for international development and cooperation in the new era.
