红皮莲子中黄酮的提取研究

Studies on the Extraction of Flavonoids from the Seeds of Red-skinned Lotus

以红皮莲子为研究对象,采用溶剂法提取红皮莲子总黄酮,通过对溶剂浓度、提取料液比、提取时间和提取温度等因素进行实验研究,探索出红皮莲子中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件,为红皮莲子中黄酮功能因子的开发利用提供参考依据。

Taking the Red-Skinned Lotus seeds as the research object,the total flavonoids from the RedSkinned Lotus seeds were extracted by solvent method,the optimum extraction conditions of total flavones from the Red-Skinned Lotus seeds were studied by means of solvent concentration,the ratio of material to liquid,extraction time and extraction temperature,the results provide a reference for the development and utilization of flavone functional factors in the Red-Skinned Lotus seeds.
