摘要
产品上的丝网印刷字符主要提供装饰或标识作用,字符的附着力直接影响了产品的外观或辨识。在近年来的实际生产中,发现在铝合金阳极氧化膜层上,尤其是经染色处理后,丝网印刷字符附着力差,出现局部脱落情况。经过机理分析和跟踪生产,对丝网印刷字符附着力差原因进行定位,并提出了应对措施。
Screen printing characters of products mainly provide the function of decoration or identification,the adhesion of characters directly affects the appearance or idectification of products.In recent years,it has been found that the adhesion of screen printing characters on the anodic oxidation film of aluminum alloy was poor,especially after dyeing.By analysis mechanism tracking production,the reasons for poor adhesion of screen printing were located and countermeasures were put forward.
