摘要 某公司一催化装置2019年进行改造时,采用石油化工科学研究院的MIP工艺技术,其加工能力由原140万吨/年扩能至180万吨/年。由于渣油加氢装置还未建成,装置投产后处于过渡期,进料仍较劣质化;同时平衡剂活性偏高,造成装置生焦率高、再生器取热满负荷运行,从而导致加工量和掺渣量无法进一步提高。对此进行了装置操作优化分析,采取投用终止剂、降低催化剂活性等方法,使进料量提高了7.7t/h,掺渣提高了2t/h,预计年创经济效益1199万元。 When a catalytic device of a company was reformed in 2019,the MIP process technology of the Research Institute of petrochemical industry was adopted,and its processing capacity was expanded from1.4 million tons/year to 1.8 million tons/year.Since the residue hydrogenation unit has not been completed,the unit is in the transition period after being put into operation,and the feed is still inferior;At the same time,the activity of the balancing agent is high,resulting in high coking rate of the device and full load operation of the regenerator,so the processing capacity and slag mixing capacity cannot be further improved.In this regard,the optimization analysis of device operation was carried out.By using terminator and reducing catalyst activity,the feed rate was increased by 7.7 t/h,and the slag mixing was increased by2 t/h.It is estimated that the annual economic benefit will be 11.99 millionyuan.
