The intermediate interface unit CIU is an important part of the HydroCOM stepless air volume regulation system and a necessary condition to ensure the operation of the HydroCOM stepless air volume regulation system.This paper discusses the functions and action modes of the intermediate interface unit CIU of the HydroCOM stepless air volume regulation system.Through the discussion and analysis of two abnormal problems caused by the failure of the intermediate interface unit CIU in the reciprocating makeup hydrogen compressor,the problems can be quickly and effectively solved and improved,so that if such problems are encountered in production,the timeliness of problem solving can be improved,the failure rate of equipment can be reduced,and the stable production operation can be ensured.
