摘要 针对开关磁阻电机双凸极结构及控制复杂等特点,提出了一种bang-bang调节下的直接转矩控制方法。通过不对称半桥式功率变换器得到定子绕组三电平电压,组成直接转矩控制所需的电压空间矢量。以TMS320F2812型DSP为主控制器,搭建了控制系统的硬件结构,给出了直接转矩控制算法的软件设计。对系统进行了仿真和试验,结果表明,系统输出信号正常可靠,符合开关磁阻电机直接转矩控制要求。方法能有效减小转矩脉动,控制简单,易于实现。 Aiming at the double salient structure and complicated control of switched reluctance motors,a direct torque control method under bang-bang regulation was proposed.The three-level voltage of the stator winding was obtained through an asymmetric half-bridge power converter,which formed the voltage space vector required for direct torque control.With TMS320F2812 DSP as the main controller,the hardware structure of the control system was built,and the software design of the direct torque control algorithm was given.The system has been simulated and experimented.The results show that the output signal of the system is normal and reliable,which meets the direct torque control requirements of the switched reluctance motor.The proposed control method can effectively reduce torque ripple,and the control is simple and easy to implement.
