计及光伏无功调节能力的配电网电压控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对光伏并网后配电网电压控制困难的问题,在分析光伏无功调节能力的基础上,提出了一种计及光伏无功调节能力的配电网电压控制新方法。设立电压告警区间,当电压进入告警区间且有越限的趋势时进行电压控制,从而更好地保证电压质量。对于各节点的电压调节顺序和调节手段的选择,提出了电压调节优先系数和电压控制成本系数。建立含光伏并网的配电网电压控制仿真算例,通过不同控制策略进行对比分析。结果表明,控制方法能更好地提高电压质量和降低调压的成本,同时验证了方法的可行性和优越性。 In view of the difficulty in voltage control of distribution network after photovoltaic grid-connected,based on the analysis of photovoltaic reactive power regulation capability,a new method of distribution network voltage control that takes into account the photovoltaic reactive power regulation capability was proposed.A voltage alarm interval was set up,and the voltage control was performed when the voltage entered the alarm interval and had a tendency to exceed the limit,so as to better ensure the voltage quality.For the selection of the voltage adjustment sequence and the adjustment means of each node,the voltage adjustment priority coefficient and the voltage control cost coefficient were put forward.Establish a simulation example of voltage control of distribution network with photovoltaic grid-connected,and compare and analyze different control strategies.The results show that the control method can better improve the voltage quality and reduce the cost of voltage regulation,and at the same time verify the feasibility and superiority of the method.
