摘要
新中国成立以来,技工学校承担了为国家培养产业工人、解决就业等民生问题的功能。新修订的《职业教育法》实施后,技工学校围绕促进就业创业和建设人力资源强国,构建完善的职业教育体系,明确培养产业工人服务就业、学制教育与职业技能培训并重、服务全民终身学习职业教育体系建设的办学定位,突出校企合作“双证书”制度、坚持技能为先工学结合课程体系、服务终身职业教育的职业技能培训等办学特色。技工学校明确办学定位、实现办学特色的路径为:服务企业发展和技能人才就业;完善工学结合的课程体系;完善职业技能培训体系;提升一体化教师的数量和质量;多方筹措资金,提高办学效能。
Since the founding of new China, technical schools have assumed the function of training industrial workers to solve employment and other livelihood problems for the country. After the revision and implementation of the Vocational Education Law,technical schools have built a perfect vocational education system focusing on promoting employment and entrepreneurship and building a powerful country in human resources. It has clearly defined the school-running orientation of training industrial workers to serve employment, paying equal attention to education system and vocational skills training, and serving the construction of a lifelong learning vocational education system for the whole people, which highlight the school-running characteristics of the“double certificate”system of school-enterprise cooperation, adhere to the curriculum system of“skills first, work and learning combined”, and vocational skills training serving lifelong vocational education. The paths for technical schools to make clear the orientation and realize the characteristics of schoolrunning should be: actively go deep into enterprise research, take evaluation as the starting point, improve the curriculum system combining work and learning, further improve the skills training system, improve the number and quality of integrated teachers, raise funds from various sources and improve efficiency.
